Plans Submitted to Town

Ok - the ball is officially rolling. Plans were submitted to the town on Tuesday, October 15th and they take 10 - 13 business days to process.

Current state of affairs

The Norway Maple is Exempt

We just found out our tree is a Norway maple which means we don’t have to replant a bunch of trees to offset the environmental impact according to Wellesley codes. Norway Maples are invasive trees and are exempt. Great news.
