off to the reusables section of the Wellesley dump. Yes,
reusables...while it is no longer self-propelled and a bit down on
power it still starts right up and works. Perhaps someone will rescue
it. If I recall correctly $480 at the time - I tidy sum but good value
over time.
Math error on my part...should be "approximately 30 yrs". Not sure of purchase date though it would have been around 1984. This replaced the original Snapper mower which still holds the design/ergonomics award for most aspects despite the inferior engine.
